Celebrating the 2019/20 Summer Learning Journey

Thank you to the Summer Learning Journey team who helped us celebrate our students who participated in the 2019/20 Summer Learning Journey. For the last 5 years Panmure Bridge School has been the top blogging school in the Manaiakalani cluster, a title we are very proud of. Huge congratulations to all our students who took part, especially Alex who was our top blogger, Victoria who placed second and Sakina who placed third. We are all very proud of you! 

Summer Learning Journey Prizegiving...

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part in the Summer Learning Journey, we are so proud of you. 1257 blog posts and 2376 comments! Special congratulations to Alex who was our top blogger, the top blogger in the Manaiakalani cluster and top blogger overall. What a fantastic achievement! Congratulations to Mele who came 2nd and Victoria who came 3rd. Thank you to Rachel, Sophie, Hazel and the SLJ team for the huge amount of work they put into making this programme such a success. 

Summer Learning Journey

Rachel from Woolf Fisher introduced the 2016/17 Summer Learning Journey at PBS this morning. With over 60 challenges and 10 countries to 'travel' to, this looks to be a fun and engaging way for our students to maintain the progress they have made this year. There are lots of amazing prizes being offered to the students across the cluster who earn the most points. The challenge runs from 17 December 2016 - 27 January 2017. Congratulations to our PBS Summer Bloggers!

In January Woolf Fisher ran their 'Summer Learning Journey' challenge to encourage our senior students to keep blogging during the summer break. Each blogger went on an adventure with Curious Kiwi as they used their smart searching skills to take them around the world, completing daily challenges that helped them learn new facts about each country they visited. A huge thank you to the wonderful Rachel and her team of bloggers gave them great feedback every time they published a new blog post. All students who took part were awarded their certificates and prizes at assembly today from Rachel. Congratulations to you all. You made us very proud!
